Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
1 week course: Mon 2 - Sat 7 Feb 2026

Mindfulness is a simple, yet powerful practice of training our attention to the present moment - and of noticing whatever arises with gentle curiosity. It is a critical foundation for looking within (at our thoughts, feelings & body sensations) through a clear, nurturing lens.

Mindfulness helps us to see our own nature - our patterns of thinking, feeling & behaving. Through practice we become more aware of the ways in which our habitual reactions can add to the stress of our everyday life. We can gain profound insight & a deep awareness which enables us to choose how we respond to whatever occurs in our life.

What is the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course?

This evidence-based MBSR course is designed to help you navigate life's challenges with greater ease & resilience. It blends ancient mindfulness practices (from Buddhism, zen & vipassana) with cutting-edge neuroscience & Mind-Body-Medicine. It provides participants with practical skills to work with stress, physical pain & difficult emotions & thoughts in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.

Whether you're facing work pressure, relationship difficulties, or health concerns, or want to see deeper into your patterns, mind & true nature, this course offers practical, time-tested techniques.

It is suitable for those new to meditation as well as those looking to deepen, or reconnect with, their practice. It is a secular, evidence based course.

What are the benefits?
