Foundations of Mindfulness

A journey to explore the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta, Buddha's teachings on mindfulness (of breath, body, mind and mental patterns) as a foundation to modern mindfulness practices.

Beyond MBSR

A 5 week journey to deepen mindfulness practice for those who have completed the MBSR course. Exploring topics including curiosity, acceptance, equanimity & kindness.​​​
