Leela Therapy
Leela Therapy is a transformative approach focused on healing & self-inquiry. Through therapeutic techniques & self-examination support, it fosters profound personal growth & realization.

Rooted in Ramana Maharshi's teachings of self-enquiry, Leela therapy uses tools including Ericksonian hypnosis, Neurolinguistics, and the Enneagram of Liberation.

Who can it benefit?

Leela Therapy is suitable for anyone seeking a happier, more fulfilling life.

It supports individuals ready to address personal suffering, aiding with challenges like anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, negative behavioural patterns, sense of dissatisfaction or relationship difficulties.

Additionally, it supports those on a spiritual journey of self-discovery, providing a supportive push toward deeper understanding & fulfilment.

What can I expect?

A Leela Therapist meets clients from a stance of a True Friend – a quiet mind, open heart & not taking anything personally.

From this ground of being a client is guided, through therapeutic use of NLP & rapport, to uncover their present condition (expanded understanding of presented issue) & desired condition (deep essential desire/natural aspects of self).

The journey of discovery continues to an intervention stage, with optional assistance of hypnotherapeutic trance.

It works on the following levels:

• Symptom removal (negative behaviours, thoughts & feelings)

• Emotional healing for ego strengthening (working with ego’s inherent lack of self-worth)

• Self-inquiry & insight facilitation for ego transcendence (deepening self-realization)

Insights into the structure of our ego can be aided using the ancient teaching of Enneagram of Liberation, to discover where one is identifying as self, and understand deeper causes of personal suffering.

Mindfulness
'Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally to things as they are." (Jon Kabat-Zinn)

Mindfulness is a simple yet powerful practice of training attention to the present moment with gentle curiosity. Through regular practice, we become more aware of habitual patterns of thinking, feeling & behaving. We find a space of inner stillness from where we can consciously choose how we respond to life's challenges rather than react automatically.

We offer two paths for learning mindfulness: courses & coaching.

Mindfulness Courses

Inner Sight is one of the few places in India to offer the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course in-person. MBSR was developed over 40 years ago & has become the gold standard in mindfulness courses, with extensive research supporting its wide-ranging health & wellbeing benefits.

MBSR blends traditional mindfulness practices with the latest neuroscience to provide practical tools for navigating common life challenges such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, overthinking & burnout. It can also help to build resilience, improve focus & attention, & be more present in our lives.

Participants learn to mobilize inner resources for growth, healing, and self-care - making positive shifts in attitudes, behaviours & relationships. It is perfect for beginners & experienced meditators alike as well as those seeking to bring mindfulness into their professional work.

Choose from 1 week intensive (daily sessions), 8 week (weekly sessions), or on-line for individuals or pairs (with flexible schedule).

For more information on the MBSR course you can watch the video below.

For those who have completed the MBSR course we offer 'Beyond MBSR.' This 5 session course provides a chance to dive deeper into the practices as well as key concepts such as curiosity, acceptance & how to soften our inner knots.

Mindfulness Coaching

We provide two carefully designed Mindfulness Coaching paths for those seeking to learn about mindfulness or deepen your practice. While they draw on key MBSR principles, coaching allows me to tailor the practices & content specifically to your personal goals & lifestyle.

These mini-retreats offer a chance to unplug from the busyness of the world. They carefully weave together mindfulness & kindfulness practices, creating a tender pathway to self-compassion & heart connection. They provide an opportunity to deepen into presence & gently loosen the inner knots - the places we are stuck in our lives.
Everyone is welcome - meditation beginners & those looking to deepen or reconnect with their practice.

Miksang Mindful Photography Workshops

Miksang means 'Good Eye' in Tibetan. It is a form of contemplative, mindful photography based on Chogyam Trungpa's Dharma Arts.

Miksang is not about technique, but on finding a new way of seeing. It is about discovering moments of freshness, of direct perception where the world stops us & wakes us up to something deep & true. It helps us to open to the present moment, meeting the world just as it is & letting it's ordinary magic erupt in front of you.
These workshops offer a space to discover & explore miksang approach. They are not a formal miksang training. Everyone is welcome - no prior experience of anything is needed, just something to take a picture with.

'It is indeed a radical act of love just to sit down & be quiet for a time by yourself'
