Where is Inner Sight based?

Inner Sight is based in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India.

Session location

Are services available on-line or in-person?

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, Mindfulness Kindfulness retreats & Miksang are only available in person, in Auroville.

Individual Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Journeys & Mindfulness Coaching are available on-line only.

The Leela Therapy sessions are available both in-person & on-line.

OUR PRICING

The contribution for the MBSR course is 6,500 indian rupees. This includes GST & Auroville contribution. The contribution is the same for both the 8 week and 1 week options.

All participants receive a workbook (hard & soft copy), access to all of the guided meditations & access to a half day Mindfulness Kindfulness retreat.

For Auroville community members (Aurovilians, Newcomers & SAVI registered volunteers) the course is offered on contribution of their choice basis.

What is the pricing for the Mindfulness (MBSR) course?

The contribution for the 8 week Individual Mindfulness Journey is 29,500 indian rupees (including GST & Auroville contribution).

All participants receive 8 x 1.5 hour on-line sessions with a qualified mindfulness teacher, Inner Sight's 'Mindfulness Journey Workbook', a Practitioner Journal, access to all of the guided meditations to practice at home & support on Whatsapp from the teacher, including regular practice tips and other resources.

Note that 2 friends could also participate in a Mindfulness Journey together (comprising 8 x 1 hour 45 minute on-line sessions). The contribution is 37,500 indian rupees (including GST & Auroville contribution).

What is the pricing for Leela Therapy Sessions?

We offer a initial consultation chat free of charge to help understand how we can help.

The price for a Leela Therapy session (approx. 60-75 minutes) is:

1,850 Indian Rupees for those inside India (inclusive of GST & Auroville contribution)
4,000 Indian Rupees for those outside India (inclusive of GST & Auroville contribution).

Clients can also purchase packages:

3 sessions for 4.500 Indian Rupess - for those inside India (inclusive of GST & Auroville contribution)
3 sessions for 9,750 Indian Rupees - for those outside India (inclusive of GST & Auroville contribution)

Pre-payment for Leela sessions is recommended. Payment options are detailed below.

For Auroville community members (Aurovilians, Newcomers & SAVI registered volunteers) sessions are offered on contribution of their choice basis.

Cancellation policy for Leela sessions

We understand that plans change, and we want to accommodate you where possible.

Please also understand however that when you cancel a session at short notice it usually means that we are unable to re-book anyone into that session.

So we would really appreciate if you are able to give more than 24 hours notice for any change in plans. If this is not possible we would really appreciate some financial contribution towards our costs.

What is the pricing for the Mindfulness Kindfulness retreats?

It is important to us that everyone is able to access mindfulness & kindfulness regardless of their financial position, so these sessions are offered to all participants on a contribution of their choice basis.

For those who can afford, we would suggest a contribution of 500rs per person to help support the teacher, venue & Auroville (GST is also paid on all contributions). If you are in a position to support others you may also want to contribute more in a 'pay it forward' spirit of generosity.

Miksang pricing

What is the pricing for Miksang Mindful Photography session?

The contribution is 400 rupees per person (including GST). This helps to support the venue, the teacher & Auroville.

For Auroville community members (Aurovilians, Newcomers & SAVI registered volunteers) sessions are offered on contribution of their choice basis.
