Individual Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (online only)

This individual, online option is availble for those who are unable to attend an in-person course in Auroville. It also supports people who have an irregular schedule as the sessions can be planned to suit one’s individual needs.

This covers all key aspects of the MBSR group course, both in terms of teachings & meditations. It is designed to help participants transform their relationship to the stresses & challenges that come their way.​​​​​​​​​

What can I expect from the journey?​
​​
Sessions will include guided meditation practices (some of which involve gentle movement), individual reflections & guided explorations to help build fresh perspectives & insights of your habitual patterns.​​​

Teacher
​​​
The course will be led by Helen Eveleigh, a qualified MBSR teacher (with certification in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness) based in Auroville.

Timings & requirements
​
The journey consists of 8 x 90 minute on-line sessions. The dates & times for these sessions can be organised based on your availability. Ideally the sessions would be weekly for 8 weeks but other options are possible.​

This option is available on-line only, so you would need good internet access & a spec where you will not be disturbed.
​​​​​​
To get the most from the journey you should commit to a daily meditation practice of around 20-30 minutes for the duration of the journey, & undertake the weekly suggested home practice assignments (such as mindful eating/ noticing pleasant events).

Note there is also an option to undertake a 2 person Mindfulness Journey with a friend. The details for the sessions are the same except the length of each session is 105 minutes.

The price for the Individual MBSR online course is Rs. 22,500.
​​​​
For the 2 person MBSR online course the price is Rs. 34,500 (per pair).
​​
Payments can be made on our website through GPAY or Razorpay.

All participants receive Inner Sight's 'Mindfulness Journey Workbook', a Practitioner Journal, access to all of the guided meditations to practice at home & support on Whatsapp from the teacher, including regular practice tips and other resources.
